Role Overview
As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting care staff, promoting a positive and safe environment, and fostering the personal growth of both residents and your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to provide excellent care.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with:
- Proven experience in health and social care, ideally in a leadership or senior care role.
- A strong background in working with individuals with learning disabilities and mental health challenges, including managing complex needs.
- Good experience in mental health care, demonstrating a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- NVQ Level 3 (or higher) in Health and Social Care or equivalent (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a person-centered and proactive mindset.

As the CQC Registered Manager, you will:
